How fast do I get a number?
Same working day for most lists. Large mixed lots with servers or unusual kit can take until the next morning, because we price those line by line rather than guessing.
What happens to the data on our drives?
Every drive is wiped to a multi-pass standard before a machine moves on, and we physically destroy drives on request. Either way you get a written certificate listing the devices covered.
Is the pickup really free, even for a few units?
Yes. Pickup is free across all seven emirates whether it's three laptops or three pallets, and it never comes off the price we quoted you.
Can the price change when you arrive?
Only if what's on site differs from what was described — a laptop listed as working that won't power on, for instance. We'll show you the difference on the spot, and you're free to say no and keep the unit.
How do we get paid?
Cash or bank transfer at collection. For company sales we issue an invoice and a handover list, and can pay against your finance team's terms if that's easier.
Do you take dead equipment?
Yes. Dead stock, cracked handsets, cables and mixed scrap are priced by weight and go to licensed recyclers. It still leaves your building for free.
